Wyatt Wallace

Wyatt is an entrepreneur and investor in multi-family rentals and fix-and-flips. His company, Foster Jones LLC, currently owns 28+ rental and commercial doors and other investment properties in multiple states. Prior to real estate, Wyatt was an actor in Los Angeles, California, and owner of Sumetra Media, a web audio production house that focused on supporting distance learning companies.

Wyatt loves his church community and serves as President of the Board of Trustees at Unity of Nashville. Along with networking and helping others achieve their investment dreams, Wyatt is currently considering capital raising for further investment opportunities. His hobbies include watching Nashville hockey and football, going to country music concerts, camping, cooking, and flipping houses with his Mom, Beverly Love. He resides in Nashville, TN.

Before getting into the real estate business, Jennifer previously worked in the social work field for 5 years with a nonprofit that helped families involved with the department of children services. She graduated with a degree in business management and has worked in sales for 9 years and management for 11 years. She is an active agent with Parks around Nashville, representing buyers, sellers, and renters on a day-to-day basis.

As your Realtor, Jennifer will bring a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Drawing from her years of experience in sales and business management, Jennifer has a reputation for refreshingly friendly customer care and proven ability to guide buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home and to assist sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home.

Jennifer also has experience working with investors to help them grow their portfolios, make the most off their house flips, or find the best use for their investment property. Her background in business gives her the knowledge and experience of working with professionals.

When not assisting clients, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends, cooking, exercising, traveling and experiencing the fun Nashville has to offer Looking for more deals, Jennifer and Wyatt founded the Middle TN Investors and Wholesalers Network, which features over 100 attendees in a once a month happy hour mixer in Downtown Nashville.
