7) When you have a deal, you call the Private Lender. You tell them you have good news. You have a deal! You tell them the region the deal is in. The closing is scheduled for [date]. Keep it simple. Do not complicate the deal.
8) The Private Lender fills out a ‘Direction of Investment’ document at Quest IRA.
9) Next is getting a Note and a Mortgage. Jay has a simple one-page form to prepare.

11) Review the documents.
12) Then send the email to the Private Lender, who signs
