Hi Jay, do you ever hold houses long term for rental and what is your experience on buying homes in foreclosure rehabbing them and then getting bank funding to pull out the private money and holding them as a package.
When is a good time to get started and commercial and what deals would you recommend to start and commercial find foreclosures rehabbing in selling like you do houses or are you buying commercial to hold and rent forcash flow
