Lance raised $100K in Private money in 36 days after taking Jay’s training. His attorney gave him the money.

Since then he has raised over 430K from his Private lenders in 90 days.

Lance looked at wholesaling, but with the PM he was able to stay in the deal.

How did you find the deal? He was out driving and saw a house that needed work. I sent a postcard and on the third time, the owner reached out to Lance.

There was a tenant, who left at the end of the month.

He used the Deal Machine App to find his first house.

The house sold to Lance for $90,000.

Resale price: Sold on Rent-to-Own – $10K fee, plus $5K in 60 days. 5-year term.

Monthly: $835 monthly to the PM Lender. Renting for $1100 a month.

If he wholesaled the house, he would make a $10-12K wholesale fee.

Lance fired his employer and now is FT in real estate.
