Hey John! Good idea! I also practice my lines so there is no stuttering when I answer questions. Practice doesn’t make Perfect…Practice makes permanent!!! So, make sure you’re practicing the right thing! A fellow speaker and Rehabber in California, Alton Jones, says: “It’s OK to Copy Cat as long as you’re copying the right “Cat!” Stay in touch! Good video as I’m looking to take the next step into raising money for my business. Quick question. How long does your presentation usually last from 1-1 and also a group metting. Do you have any way getting your presentation either on audio or video?

Hey there Antrone! Good questions! The 1 on 1 meetings are usually less than an hour. Going to lunch or breakfast is a good time to go over the details of your private lending program. The Group Presentations are usually presented in the form of a Luncheon. My private lender luncheons are scheduled to last for 90 Minutes ~ from 12:00 Noon to 1:30pm. It’s very important to follow my bullet point schedule in order to have a successful Private Lender Luncheon. I recommend using my PowerPoint presentation which is included in my “Where To Get The Money Now System.” There is also a DVD which shows me presenting a Group Presentation at one of my recent Private Lender Luncheons. I raised almost $1,000,000 in New Private Money during that presentation. Let me know how I can help take your Real Estate Investing to the next level! Happy New Year!!!

I am not confident in introducing myself that way, if I’ve never gotten a private lender and haven’t even given a presentation yet. I’m willing to try it anyway, but can you say something to bolster my confidence and authenticity when introducing myself this way? Thanks

Hey Donald, Thanks for commenting! Excellent Question!!! In fact, I am planning on doing an entire Video Blog Very Soon about how to answer every new real estate investor’s most feared question from a potential private lender…and that question is: “How many deals have you already done?” I speak all across the nation and the most frequent question I get from new real estate investors is: “Who is going to loan me money if I’ve never done a deal???” There are actually 2 Very Good Answers and strategies that keeps everybody safe. It will take me about 5 Minutes or so to explain the strategy, so please watch for an upcoming video blog episode and I promise to answer your question thoroughly! Donald, Your comment and question confirms that I need to broadcast this topic very soon! Thank You!

    Hi Jay,
    That was awesome!
What if they are still concerned loosing money since this is perhaps the first time they are doing business with me and in every honesty, this is my first flip deal. What should I say?

Again Jay, or do you have a standard Pay-back form indicating calculated rate on return/interest rate on the amount borrowed from the private money lender.
I would like to take a look at it.

I am about to do my first deal and this sounds really helpful. I’m gonna try it.
    Thanks indeed.

Hello Benedicta! Thanks for posting and responding! Glad you liked my Video Blog Post. I am planning on posting a video blog very soon about how New Real Estate Investors can position themselves to do their first deals confidently with Private Lenders. Not to “spill the beans,” part of the answer is to always tell the truth. However, in the video blog, I will teach how to position yourself as having a team that is very experienced. I’ll to into all the details. It’s about leveraging the experience of others on your team. Coming Soon!!!! Thanks for asking!

Hello Jay, Very powerful pitch for private money, I have a need for you in my life as I speak.. I’ve been doing some wholesale deals but could do deals faster and more plentiful with a private lender in my pocket. Thanks a million , looking forward to learning more. I’m currently in need of debt or equity private lenders…Do you know any private investors I could use to help me in my business ?????? Be Blessed…..

Hello Steven, Thank you for posting! I’m glad you found the Video Blog Helpful! For the reason you mention, I’ve never wholesaled a deal. I know how…I just like making $75,000 verses $7,500. 🙂 Anyway, yes…I know lots of private lenders. My wife, Carol Joy, and I have 44 personal private lenders funding our deals. (by the way, you don’t need 44 private lenders to make a lot of profits!) Since you asked and so did Benedicta, I’ll plan on posting Video Blog with exactly what to say when approaching a new private lender. Stay tuned and again thanks for posting and posing your questions. I’ll be teaching how to attract your own private lenders in your world! Talk Soon!
